“I have used BES for 15 years, I spend between £100-£1500 per transaction typically. The service is reliable and well priced. However the true test is when things go wrong, being pragmatic, you must expect a problem now and again, BES always puts things right, never argue and are always fair, that is sadly getting to be a rare quality these days. Thank you BES”

“Advertised a smoke alarm on their website wasn’t available no alternative and quite frankly weren’t bothered. First and last time I will be using BES”

“Great service, item not available everywhere. Used to connect shower and basin to 110mm inspection chamber, wanted to keep separate for easy access and also needed to fit non-return valve. Good quality, fast delivery, will be back!”

“When ordering the item I was given a delivery date and advised that I would receive a text message to allow me to track my package. As promised I received the text message advising of a time frame for my delivery. My delivery arrived within that time frame, excellent service. Would highly recommend this company. Our Company has no difficulty getting the items we require, great selection of products.”

“I needed some ducting cover to tidy up ugly aircon piping outside my home. I looked everywhere for something suitable, but all searches came up with items from the USA. even on ebay, and with a hefty delivery charge. Thank goodness I found BES. They gave a great service, I looked at their comprehensive online catalogue, they had just what I needed, and all items were delivered next day for free (as over £40 offered free delivery at the time).”

Many thanks for your message. Apologies that you did not receive you parcel next day, I can see from the courier there had been an issue with the address holding delivery up.
