“BES has a wide range of items - I was able to get a certain size of pipe that I couldn't get locally - next day delivery meant we were not held up. Tracking is standard and delivery is free on orders over £40 (net). Everything arrived as promised - and that pipe was protected by a 3m long cardboard box!”

We have tried to call you to advise your package has been delivered to a UPS access point as when delivery was attempted they were unsuccessful to deliver to the designated address. “I have used BES for 15 years, I spend between £100-£1500 per transaction typically. The service is reliable and well priced. However the true test is when things go wrong, being pragmatic, you must expect a problem now and again, BES always puts things right, never argue and are always fair, that is sadly getting to be a rare quality these days. Thank you BES”
