“We have recently had an issue with using the diamond delivery service, UPS really let us down and have lost money on a job as the delivery didn't turn up. What I must say is that the customer care at BES did there upmost to rectify, delivery was sent to our office in the end and arrived by 9am on the Monday morning. Really not a reflection on BES but if using a delivery system it needs to be more reliable.”

“Ordered items & next day they where delivered as described. A friend recommended BES to me and they were correct. Great fast efficient service that I would recommend to everyone. Also saved me a few ££’s too. 5 Star service all round.”

“Placed my order online and waited for it the next day with my plumber but to no avail.When I contacted customer services I was told it was sitting in their warehouse in Birmingham for collection,when I live in London.So simply bes’s fault,then when told I would receive my delivery before 10am the following morning.....it still didn’t show till 1pm.£200 out of pocket for a company that can’t deliver.Never again.!!!!!!!!!”

Thank you for your feedback. We strive for 5 star reviews every time and so on this occasion we were very disappointed to get 1 star. Following investigation our records show that you accidentally clicked on the 'collection' button rather than 'deliver'. When you contacted us as a gesture of goodwill we said we would arrange a free of charge diamond delivery. Unfortunately this did not happen and for that reason we are sorry. Hopefully we will be able to redeem ourselves sometime in the future as instances like this are very rare. Apologies, BES

“Used a few times - service has allways being as one would expect in terms of meeting orders, delivery etc. However, I've given 5* (vey rare for me!) because recently I ordered a fairly expensive item incorrectly - totally my fault. I rang and explained, was asked to order the correct item and a free returns label would be included; it was and the refund for that was actioned as soon as they received the return. So an error which was totally mine was met with total friendlyness and cooperation from BES with, most importantly, no additional cost. Thank you BES.”

“Some delivery confusion but made up for good and prompt customer service. I was out when driver called but had left message to leave goods (low value) by side gate. Driver took goods away, didn't leave message: and I found out by chance I had to collect from storage point in Hammersmith - inconvenient... I complained and had very prompt apology and credit for the postage. All's well that ends well....”
