“good products fair price with good delivery”

“Normally a fantastic service from them but on this occasion their delivery service let me down No card left through letterbox even though I stated on BES online ordering to leave goods in Garden if nobody answered door I ended up going to the depot myself after investigating where are my goods”

“I have no problem with BES or their customer service staff who tried to help me but DX who did the delivery failed to deliver as they promissed on day 1 and again on day 2. On day three they promissed to deliver before mid day but missed that deadline as well. they didn't phone me even though BES asked them to. Their strap line is "delivered exactly" this is clearly meant as a joke!”

Please note our couriers are currently running a success rate of 99.95% for next day delivery. Unfortunately on this occasion your delivery is one of the very few that did not arrive next day. Thank you for your feedback, it is duly noted. At BES we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and so we are sorry that your goods have not been delivered. I can advise the goods were dispatched on 8th July and as the parcel was going to a PA30 address this has a 2 day delivery. When UPS has gone to deliver they did not have enough information on the address so this held up the delivery until we gave them more information. I can see that your package is expected for delivery today 16th July. Regards, BES

“Your supply and delivery is normally good. Unfortunately this time the order was processed on 6/7 but delivery was not made until PM on 12th (6 days) but no explanation from courier as to the reason for delay”

“Needed to order a thermostat on Friday for delivery on Saturday. BES had one in stock and also offered a Saturday delivery via the website. The website was easy to navigate and no hassle of buying online. The item was delivered promptly. The price was a bit steep but happy to pay for the service. Thanks.”
