“BES provides good service and the PVC connectors I bought are of good quality. Unfortunately, the goods are not suitable for my purpose. Therefore, I had to return them back to BES. Hopefully, I can get refund as BES web site indicated.”

“Over the past few months I have probably spent over 15k with bes and I’ve been relatively happy with everything until the past couple of orders which haven’t turned up on time when I’ve paid for pre 10:30 next day delivery. On the most recent occasion I had placed an order before 7pm, received an email confirmation that my order would arrive next day only for it to not arrive for another day after this. No apology from bes just someone telling me this happens sometimes and there is nothing that can be done. So I had 2 men stood around on a job for a day and a half with not materials to work with.”

“Ordered some items about a month ago from the crooks at Plastics Express. They delivered one item, claimed the courier lost them and then tried that a second time....still no refund. BES was a complete contrast - ordered at 3pm, delivered by 10am the next day with free delivery - couldn't ask for more.”

“Excellent service. Parcel arrive via UPS. I live in Scotland and was promised delivery in 2 days. Parcel actually arrived within 24 hours of placing the order. Delivery costs were not excessive.”

“I have never dealt with BES before but I made a mistake in ordering a item that was not suitable for the job I had I phoned them up and found that a young lady was very helpful and friendly I've no hesitation to recommend BES for the best quality products and services 👍👍👍”

“Very happy with thr items one was a replacement item which fitted my existing base with no adeptation required, the other is a present and hasn't been opened but i know the makers and it is a quality item”

“Excellent service. Unfortunately there was an item missing from my delivery but this was remedied immediately and without any quibble or argument. The missing item was delivered next day. I'm sure this sort of problem happens only on the rare occasion and I would therefore recommend without hesitation.”
