“I ordered two aluminium ventilation grills and when they arrived one of them was damaged, three of the louvres were flattened, this could not have happened in transit as they were very well packaged, bubble wrapped and in a robust cardboard container, so it must have been dispatched like this, not good. It wasn’t worth the bother of sending back so I managed to straighten them out myself as they were aluminium and fairly pliable, it doesn’t say much for quality control.”
