“Great turnaround of the order. One of the toilet seats had a minor fault that could not bee seen whilst still inside its packaging. However, I decided it did not detract from the functionality of the item so did not return it. All in all happy with the part played by BES.”

“Quick delivery with the correct bits at a good price. Postage and packing is high and could be reduced if smaller packs used. My stuff would fit in a small Jiffy bag but came in a box a 1000 times too large.”
