“Good product at a good price delivered promptly - only niggle was the high postage and packing charge and the fact that a tiny component came in a big box, due probably to the fact that a big paper catalogue was included (which I don't want or need, as I'd always use the website).”

“Ordered two Colt 2 cowls which arrived very quickly and well wrapped. The included catalogue was nice to see.....I always enjoy reading such things in the same way that others enjoy reading novels! I had visited several other online stockists and the variation in price was sufficient alone to make me choose BES. I struggle to understand how others can charge substantially more for exactly the same item so well done BES. If my cowl blows off the chimney again I will know where to find a replacement! Storm Gareth was to blame!”

“Ordered some fittings friday 15th and still not received. I had to call BES to see where they were the following friday and was told they are at the couriers and will be delivered monday so we will see but not impressed by the lack of communication”
