“Part did not arrive. Sent them a message as it was over the holidays and haven’t had a response. DHL confirmed it did not get delivered as well.”

Hi Grant Jones, BES are really sorry about this. We advised on the 31st that DPD said they had delivered on 29 Dec 2025 at 18:00. We are aware that you are disputing this and have consequently raised a claim directly with DPD. Apologies. BES

“Arrived very quickly and well-packaged. Product was a direct replacement for an older failed pump, which made it a ten-minute job! Extremely satisfied.”

“No idea about the quality of the products as I work in an office ordering parts for engineers. BES used to be quick and easy to place orders but have had multiple issues for the last few months with the website, getting stuck on the order, placing duplicate orders etc. Phoned BES about this long ago and they said there were no issues. We still have issues on multiple PCs at my place of work, using different internet browsers but still get the same issues that BES are adament dont exist. Getting harder and harder to place an order online but BES is always cheaper than other supplies, normally have items in stock and offer quick delivery.”

“Bought a few things from here, either direct or through suppliers (who get them faster). Quality and price all good. We also find their invoicing works well with our job management software https://proworks.app/ All integrates nicely. Fully recommend ordering with them.”

“Product arrived promptly and was as specified. I am concerned regarding an attempted fraudulent transaction on my account and its possible correlation with a previous purchase from BES about a year ago. I purposely limit my electronic payments as I am sensitive to the possibility of fraud surrounding electronic monetary transactions. This most recent transaction was executed online. The previous transaction was via a phone operative I believe.”

Upon investigation we can see that your delivery was successful at the 3rd attempt (Fri 28th Nov. at 11.38hrs) The courier ignored instructions to leave your package in the agreed safe place on the previous attempts.
