I purchased stainless steel fittings for a pressure application as they are pressure rated on the site, see part numbers 14014, 14013, 14057, 14058, 14060, 14014, 14114, 14024, 14004, however, when asked for the datasheet on two subsequent occasions (21/06/2022) and again on (07/06/2023), I have been told: " Hi, Unfortunately, our overseas supplier does not offer a data sheet for this Contract product Regards" Clearly, these fittings are not pressure rated if the manufacturer will not provide a datasheet! Why are they being mis-sold? I have tried contacting returns however, both of my emails have been ignored!

First and last time I will be using BES , my order was not delivered contacted customer service by phone and email and was assured order would be delivered by the end of day. When it wasn’t contacted customer services again and told to call back at 7 . When I did the lady I spoke was super unhelpful and just cut me off rang back and was put on hold for 10 minutes by same lady who I could then hear in the background having a private conversation about a will ? And still no order . Very frustrated and disappointed .

Mr Sutcliffe, We are very sorry about your experience, it is not our usual very high standard. We were let down by our courier (which thankfully is rare) and we have some new team members whose training remains in progress and this will be addressed. Apologies once again. BES

Ordered online and paid extra for a Saturday delivery to start the job the following Monday waited in all day Saturday no delivery and now I’ve had to cancel the job. Poor service when you pay for extra and receive nothing at all

Terrible company. Paid for next day delivery. Called twice, each time I was assured that they made a mistake and it would dispatch that day. A week later and I still haven’t received the item. Customer service staff are entirely incompetent. How hard is it dispatch my order?!

Hi Alex, Sincere apologies as we have not met our usual high standards on this occasion. We made an error (new starter) with your initial order. We recognised the error and immediately dispatched an express delivery (FOC) as a replacement to make amends. Unfortunately you were not in to receive the order 'next day' and so your package was taken to your closest UPS 'collection point'. Of course re. initial error, we will be addressing our staff training to ensure we meet our usual high standard of service. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience. Regards, BES

I ordered from here and was told I would revieve my order in 3-5 working days. I didnt recieve it so I called them and they said there was a problem with the packaging but they would send it in the next 3 working days. again I did not recieve it so I called again and was told they would get back to me which they didnt. I then called to cancel my order and ask for a full refund and they told me they will get back to me to discuss further without cancelling the order. Yet again no call so I had to call again and was told my order had been cancelled yet no money had been refunded. I said if they cancel my order I then need a full refund and I was told I would get it in 5 working days. waste of time, shop elsewhere.

Kamco pumps you are telling everyone they are 1.1kw no there not they are 550 Watts cost me a lot of money to prove this and you accept no responsibility

I ordered two simple items in early December - no indication when ordering that one was not in stock, paid for both, only one delivered, now after 3 phone calls I am told should be here 17th - could anymore be done I asked, no that's when its coming I was told then the lady said goodbye - " BES we've got it " !! Make your own mind up.

Cancelled my direct debit BES charging what they liked got into difficulty paying bill, after months of constant ringing me for payment it turns out they owed me £400. I cancelled my direct debit because I can no longer trust this company. I have just received my new bill nearly £600 for one month , adding on what they like because I cancelled my direct debit. I run a small beauty shop part time .I am shutting up shop due to this company . My advice is never sign up to a contract with this company EVER .

After changing my address online, package still sent to the wrong address. Customer service would not help, advised I needed to repay for items. Will be taking future business elsewhere

Absolutely horrendous, I ordered via PayPal, it auto populated my previous address, my mistake I didn’t check. However, I called to simply change the address and got the most confrontational computer says no staff member I’ve ever spoken to in my life, couldn’t change the address and said it was cancelled. A few hours go by no refund or confirmation of cancelling, so I call back to chase it as I need the stuff/re-order and she got irate at the fact I’d rang back in to chase my refund and cancellation confirmation? The tone of voice and the way a simple matter was dealt with I’m just lost for words worst customer experience I’ve had, I genuinely thought it was a prank at one point! I still have no confirmation now. I’m well aware it was my mistake, but there’s a way of dealing with issues and customers and trying to argue over a simple matter isn’t it.

Placed an order with various items, came with parts missing (told it was a picking issue) 1 item missing from the order, informed that I had cancelled it (why would i cancel my own order) - it had been done internally and told it would need to be re-ordered. Re-ordered it and paid, now been told it has been cancelled again and is no longer available, we had not been informed or refunded despite it being cancelled 10 days ago. No reason given by customer services or the smarmy manager.

Recently I have attempted 2 orders via the web and both have been stopped because of a message to say e mail info.not stated,all my info.has been processed,needs looking into ,highly unlikely now to re-order,will have to source elsewhere.

The delivery service UPS which BES uses is the worse postage service and in past several times I received delivery after 3 or 4 days not next day. The main reason I was using BES was because of the next day delivery which UPS can't provide it. I use to order regularly from BES , its all OK and still I do order but not as much as before .
