“Great service at warehouse and competitively priced. A confirmation email to say it is ready to pick up would be an improvement. I know it says available within an hour of ordering on all products, but better to be safe than sorry. Will use again.”

“Excellent service. Description of some items could be made more user-friendly for DIY, e.g. fact that compression pipe repair coupling has a smooth internal bore which allows it to be slid up & down pipework, thus facilitating replacement of stop cocks where fixed pipework requires pipe to be cut to remove old fitting. Stumbled on item purely by chance”

“It took 5 days to argyll not 2-3 days and tracking was confusing but it arrived well packed and staff were exceptional in taking responsibility and chasing the order till it was delivered.”

“Product was good, exactly as ordered. £5 charge for next day delivery not so good, ordered Thursday morning, received Monday afternoon. Probably not your fault but if you can't guarantee next day delivery then don't promise it.”

“delivery charge is ridiculous and way too much for small items. Way too much. Using DPD to deliver a 1/2BSP to 1/4BSP sleeve is just silly. You need to add a Royal mail option for the customer to chose. £1.36 (inv VAT) with RM or 5.95 PLUS VAT from DPD. Nonsensical.”

“Your claim to deliver the next day on orders received before 7pm did not happen. I was contacted and received an apology, but that did not help as I was held up on a project I had already started. When I received my order it was well packaged and exactly as I had ordered it. Thank you.”

“Placing the order was straightforward. The next day delivery was disappointing due to the courier delivering earlier than expected . The recipient was at the address and prepared for an early delivery 7:00a.m. However the courier was missed and the order was consequently re scheduled for the next day . The re delivery card omitted an approximate time slot , as it should have according to UPS delivery info .”
