Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“Excellent store. Won’t buy my watches and jewellery from anywhere else. Top class service. Recently order a Messika Paris ring, Georgina Barlow was amazing. Purchased and ordered through her, she kept me updated all along. Brilliant customer service. Have also recently bought a Cartier watch in store and received the excellent service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Well done”

“I recently exchanged a lovely IWC new Big Pilot's watch purchased by my wife as a gift from Berry's Newcastle, for a Panerai PAM1314 (something I've been chasing for a while now), but complicated matters by also ordering a new bracelet to be fitted to this. Lee and the team at Berry's have, as always, been amazing and worked very hard for me pushing Panerai relative to a delay in bracelet supply. I now have the watch and all it's accessories and am delighted with both the end product and the service received, having had great advice and support from Dave when I originally enquired and management of the purchase and delivery from Lee, right down to the last detail. I simply can't recommend Berry's and the team at Newcastle high enough - superb customer service, all the way through the journey, something which you rarely see these days!”

“Berry's Newcastle. Great service, great price, no hassle. Let just say I took my time ... I came looking for a specific watch but that was discontinued, I left very disheartened. I came back the next day, tried on a couple, negotiated a trade-in (got a good price, not great) but tied with fantastic discount, how could I refuse. Great customer care and follow up. Highly recommended.”

“I had an issue with the coating coming off slightly but messaged them and they were so helpful. they gave me regular updates on the process and were so sweet!! the lady that sorted it - Jess Fox, did everything she possibly could. Couldn’t recommend enough!!! x”

“I was shopping online for an anniversary gift for my husband and needed some assistance. I used the chat function and spoke to Lindsay who was ever so helpful. She went out of her way to help me by contacting the store to take photos of the watch I wanted to purchase so I could see it more clearly. My experience was smooth from start to finish and my husband loved his new watch. Thank you Lindsay and the store staff at Berry’s!”
