I took my Panerai for a service with Berry's in the Victoria quarter. I have to say that the service I received from Samantha and all the team was excellent!As normal the service with Panerai raised a number of question.The communication and attention to detail showed a real interest in my watch and what I wanted to achieve and what shone through was that Berry's really cared!So often these days we get bad service from companies who don't know or care about the products or people they are dealing with this was certainly not the case with Berry's! Thanks for a great service experience!
