I spoke to Berry’s in Newcastle 3 days ago regarding a watch I liked. Unfortunately they did not have it in the Newcastle store but did have it in Hull. Within 24 hours they had the watch sent to the Newcastle store for me to view. I went today and bought the watch. It’s stunning and Tina and Lee from the Newcastle store reminded me today what excellent customer service looks like. Something that is all too often forgotten in this day and age of internet purchasing . Something one of their neighbouring stores failed to grasp! Thanks Tina and Lee for a superb experience today. I love my watch and will be telling everyone where I bought it. Thank you.
