Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

“I purchased a nice Omega watch for my daughter as she leaves to relocate to Austraila soon. I found it on the Berry's website at a great discount not previously found online and arranged for it to be delivered to the Nottingham boutique. I did this so it would be more of a good memory experience for her when we went to collect it on a quiet afternoon rather than it just arriving in the post at her home. The staff were very nice however, being offered a refreshment would have gone a bit further but I myself felt the money had gone from the sale for them, having bought it at a discount from a different Northern store. That said I would recommend Berry's to others.”

“A service like no other... As much as I wish I could be a regular customer at Berrys in Newcastle and buy something every year or even more often, the service rerceived is like no other jeweller or retailer in Newcastle. A warm welcome from all staff and fantastic professional and knowledgeable service from Lee Davis who helped me and my wife make our purchase with attention to detail and care without one iota of sales pressure, just great knowledge and reassuring service. First class. Big thank you.”

“Superb customer service - we bought my fiancees engagement ring and wedding band at Berry’s. Will was so knowledgeable and the wider team put us at ease. Don’t plan on doing this again but woukd highly recommend Berry’s above urs competitors in Newcastle to get your rings for your special day.”

“Berry's sent my father's 1967 Constellation for servicing back to Omega. On collection I couldn't believe it, nearly 60 years old and it came back almost like new, quite superb. Excellent and helpful staff, I was so impressed, I treated myself to a new Seamaster! Can't recommend them enough.”

“I bought a Cartier Mini for my wife’s birthday. After she tried it on, we realised the size was a bit small on the wrist and decided to exchange it for the Small size instead. Danny was extremely helpful, giving us good advice and assisting with arranging the exchange and return of the Mini in store. However, our initial experience at the Windsor branch when purchasing the watches was very disappointing. During that visit I also purchased a Cartier Santos for myself, but the way my wife and I were treated by some of the staff left a bitter taste. We felt judged and somewhat discriminated against, which is not what you expect when buying luxury items and at your first experience as such. I very rarely leave negative reviews, even when something goes wrong, but on this occasion I felt it was necessary to share the experience. Danny, on the other hand who I talked to on the chat was very kind and helpful, and we truly appreciated his assistance. Previously we had visited the Cartier boutique on Oxford Street at a different retailer and the experience there was completely different. Even though we didn’t buy anything at the time and were only trying watches, we felt welcomed and were not scrutinised in the same way. In hindsight, I wish I had made the purchase there. The only reason I didn’t was because I was concerned about travelling through central London with expensive watches in my bag.”
