“Very pleased with new BBQ. Excellent packaging and delivery. Took both of us to figure out how to erect the BBQ which wasn't easy.
Love the compact size. 3 grills, adequate for us and larger family gatherings. Food cooked really well. Easy to clean,especially when I put tin foil in base to catch fat drips. Stores neatly, not taking up much space as side shelves drop down. Gas bottle hidden from view. Would have liked side shelves to be a bit sturdier, otherwise excellent product.”
“Good price, paid extra for the delivery, arrived next day! Well packaged, no damage, but on assembly noticed a chip on the enamel cover, factory defect.
Damage reported and a new replacement hood received. Excellent service.
Only negative was that I specifically requested a 7.5 ton delivery vehicle due to access ,the large lorry it came on was required to reverse out.
Suggest you include a box for delivery instructions on your order site.

“The outback onyx excel bbq is well built and works a treat. Only complaint is that the packaging could be a bit better. Some of the thinner metal parts were slightly bent in transport but could easily be bent back. Perhaps a little more care in packing.”
“Purchased 3 bags of Kamado Joe lumpwood charcoal from them as they had a good price & free delivery. Everything is fine with the charcoal but the delivery experience was poor due to the delivery being left at the bottom of the garden by an open gate right next to the main road!. The delivery driver does not appear to have tried to bring it to the house, luckily I was in & got a notification showing where they had left it. Which meant I had to carry it from the roadside to the house. Purchase experience good, Product good, Delivery experience poor. Might be worth BBQworld looking at a different courier?.”
“When I placed the order there was an option to have it delivered to a place of my choice.
I asked for it to be placed behind a large pot by the front door.
This is a secure place as it cannot be seen from anywhere unless you are actually at the door and has been used many times for deliveries.
But the delivery people leave me a card, no explanation, then I have to go to a pickup point.
If my option for delivery is no good why not say so.
The rest of the service from BBQ world was great.

“The price was good. The product was good. Delivery was good. The support to get damaged parts replaced was good.
The five emails nagging me to leave a review wasn't good.
Perhaps wait until the customer has received their goods before you start asking for a review?”
“As it said on the tin really - bit of to-ing and fro-ing with the freight company (nothing major), hence the 4, but the product is absolutely great - very happy with it!”
“The item I purchased was advertised as being delivered 2 - 3 working days but actually took 5 days.
I needed the item for a specific date and had relied on getting it within the timescale advertised. Fortunately it arrived just in time with a few hours to spare but I was slightly panicking.”
“Ordering and delivery were seemless and on time. Unfortunately part of of the BBQ was missing in the box which has meant I now am in email conversation with Weber to try and get the missing piece. Cant really Blame BBQWorld for this though. Did take the shine off what was a big purchase for me.”
