“Great prices, best I could find anywhere. Struggled a bit with the couriers (Hermes) on both occasions as they failed to try to deliver the package and then left half of it at the depot which I had to drive and collect. Otherwise very satisfied!”

“I could not rate this company poorly enough. I returned a BBQ in its own box without it even being opened via Parcel Force. I get confirmation that they received it and that its in processing. I hear nothing for a week, I chase. A person called Ryan says he doesn't have call notes and he ll call me back on the day. No response. Now few days later, "Julie", claims that the name that signed the receipt doesn't work there so Parcel Force never gave it to them and its my fault
