I purchased a Grillstream Barbecue from BBQ World which subsequently arrived damaged. Following a phone call to Customer Service they immediately agreed to exchange the item or give me money off.
I chose to replace the Barbecue. As the item was out of stock they offered me an upgrade and immediately sent out the replacement.
It is rare to find customer service of this quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending BBQ World. I will definitely purchase from them in the future.”

“I recently purchased 2 bbqs from BBQ World but unfortunately they both arrived damaged with a few damaged parts. I called BBQ World within hours of receiving them both and was informed to send in photos of the damage. The next day I was informed to send in the serial numbers. The next day I was informed that a warranty claim would have to be submitted to Outback so had to resubmit the pictures along with the serial numbers.
But 1 week after receiving my bbqs I am still awaiting any replacement parts or a resolution!”

I ordered it just after 11am and with in about 30 minutes I received a mail saying it was on its way, it arrived the next day before lunchtime, that matches Amazon. Plus the stove is excellent and my partner can have her toast when we are camping. Well done and thank you.”

“Your webpage for the barbecue grill I bought says "Some assembly required". That is a big lie. It came in a small box, completely disassembled down to bolts. Even the manual for the equipment says it requires 2 people in uniforms to put it together. I had to hire 2 men to assemble it. They cost me £100 and took them over 2 hours. I called to ask for support and talked to Julie, who was very rude and unsupportive. I tried returning the item but she said I could not since I opened the box and the cost to return had to be mine. That is absurd. I concluded you are doing this all on purpose. Big cheaters.”
