“I decided to make an investment in a Gozney Roccbox Pizza oven and my son spotted a bargain deal on Dawson’s BBQ world. It was pre-order, so I realised there would be a wait. Claire in customer support kept me informed of progress until the day it arrived. Well, what can I say, it’s fantastic. It takes no time whatsoever to cook a loaded pizza. It makes a real difference when 4 of us can sit down to pizzas and we’re all eating at the same time! So, great price, well packaged delivery, great customer service. Well done!”
“Really nice barbecue but arrived damaged. Only noticed after I’d assembled it as there was a dent in the lid. Couldn’t be bothered to disassemble, re-package and send back as I needed to use it.
Bit disappointed, already starting to go rusty in the dent.
Oh well. Shame.”
