“While the grill is great (with one corner scuffed but I can live with that), the delivery was atrocious. They employ a pallet delivery company who left the grill on the street. My wife was the only one home and asked if they could put it at least inside the gate and the delivery person refused saying that would be liability for him. Obviously she wasn't about to move in a 75KG box so had to unbox all the pieces on the road and bring them in. These guys ought to employ a better delivery handler.”
