“Purchased a Weber Kettle BBQ to replace my 18 years old Weber. I ordered it in Monday Morning and it arrived by courier on Wednesday just after lunchtime. I had to pay a small delivery charge as it was being delivered offshore but this was a very reasonable price.
Excellent service from BBQ World and even with the delivery it worked out cheaper than anywhere else.

“i ordered a napoleon pro bbq. on receipt all seemed ok. the final part of assembly involved me unwrapping the cast iron grill, the outer ring was in peices. so must have been dropped at some point during transit. also missing several nuts and the top vent gasket. i contacted support email. and was contacted back, and was told you would contact napoleon and get back to me..several days later..nothing..no response to emails, even after sending multiple emails....the bbq is not fit for purpose..but it is the lack of feedback that is appalling. the bbq was purchased fom bbq ..not napoleon....bbq world should have immediately sent replacements for the damaged and missing parts and then argued it with napoleon..not expect me to sit waiting for napoleon and bbq world to arguie who was to blame..appalling customer service...and still waiting..”

I would have given five stars but I ordered the wrong BBQ and called customer service who offered to recall the BBQ at a cost of £7.50p for it to be . I have had no confirmation of the recall, and have emailed to ask status of refund which I have yet to receive. I ordered another BBQ immediately which arrived two days later, and I am very happy with it.”
