“I have bought 5 Weber BBQs from this company over the last 15 years or so. They offer keen prices, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a prompt and reasonably priced delivery. The fact that I've returned to buy again 4 times tells you they are good, because I don't tolerate poor service. Lots of companies sell the same products, it's the service and backup which sorts the wheat from the chaff. These guys are the real deal.”

“Purchased 3 bags of Kamado Joe lumpwood charcoal from them as they had a good price & free delivery. Everything is fine with the charcoal but the delivery experience was poor due to the delivery being left at the bottom of the garden by an open gate right next to the main road!. The delivery driver does not appear to have tried to bring it to the house, luckily I was in & got a notification showing where they had left it. Which meant I had to carry it from the roadside to the house. Purchase experience good, Product good, Delivery experience poor. Might be worth BBQworld looking at a different courier?.”
