“Service has been very good, very prompt dispatch and delivery and very helpful customer care. I would have given five stars but I ordered the wrong BBQ and called customer service who offered to recall the BBQ at a cost of £7.50p for it to be . I have had no confirmation of the recall, and have emailed to ask status of refund which I have yet to receive. I ordered another BBQ immediately which arrived two days later, and I am very happy with it.”

“I wanted a kettle bbq and phoned up two or three times for advice. I finally bought a Napoleon Pro 47cm kettle bbq. Everyone I spoke to was more than helpful. Delivery was excellent and the bbq was well packed and is of very good quality. It was easy to put together. I am really impressed with the service and can highly recommend. Thank you to all who gave me brilliant advice. I am really looking forward to giving this bbq lots of use. I ordered this late of Thursday and it arrived by mid-day on the Monday in spite of being in the Scottish Highlands so I was well pleased.”

“I ordered a pizza rocker/slicer and thermometer, it was stated 10 day delivery due to no stock which I was happy with. I left it 10,days or so after hearing nothing I gave them a call. A gentleman told me that the stock had arrived and to expect my delivery by the end of the week. I called again the following week after the items didn't arrive to be told the same thing. I challenged the lady that I spoke to this time and told her that I was told the same thing 7 days previously. She then checked something on her pc and told me to expect it in the next few days. Hey presto..I got an email to let me know when it was to be delivered. I would have been happy with the odd update via email and not to be given false information the first time a rang up. Anyway the Gozney products arrived well packaged and as usual excellent quality.”
