After placing your order you requested delivery to be made on Friday the 31st of March which we have arranged. At the time of the call we also refunded the carriage surcharge that you paid and arranged for delivery to take place on your requested date.
We apologise that the review email has been received by you before the items have arrived however our standard delivery schedule is quicker than the delivery timeframe you requested.
We've checked our inbox and can find no emails from you. It could be possible that you've replied to a delivery notification email from the courier company? The delivery company does not give you a date when they will deliver and simply show up unannounced. This can be tricky when you are not at home at the time. Otherwise fantastic experience.”
