“I could not rate this company poorly enough. I returned a BBQ in its own box without it even being opened via Parcel Force. I get confirmation that they received it and that its in processing. I hear nothing for a week, I chase. A person called Ryan says he doesn't have call notes and he ll call me back on the day. No response. Now few days later, "Julie", claims that the name that signed the receipt doesn't work there so Parcel Force never gave it to them and its my fault DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RETURNS.”

“The BBQ arrived on time and was easy to assemble. The CNN only problem is that there is a problem with the gas not working but have connected Weber who think it’s the regulator and now waiting the warranty department to sort it.”

“Great service and price. Only issue was BBQ was delivered on 2 pallets Driver would not take pallets. Back. Cost me £5 each to dispose of at local council tip.”
