After placing your order you requested delivery to be made on Friday the 31st of March which we have arranged. At the time of the call we also refunded the carriage surcharge that you paid and arranged for delivery to take place on your requested date.

“BBQ world offered best value for money and choice. The website provides insightful information on each BBQ for sale which helps makes the decision making process seamless and easy. The purchase was smooth and the product is great (bought the Weber Kamado S6). My only suggestion for BBQ World is to improve the coordination with the delivery company. The delivery company does not give you a date when they will deliver and simply show up unannounced. This can be tricky when you are not at home at the time. Otherwise fantastic experience.”
