“I ordered a Cadac compact barbecue from them and about an hour later realised I had forgotten to add a pizza stone and paella pan to my order, so I called and the gentleman popped to the warehouse to check if it had been packed up yet, it hadn’t, so he added the items to my order and they arrived the next day. Customer service doesn’t get better than that, I would certainly shop with them again”

“I cannot praise this Company highly enough. I purchased a Grillstream Barbecue from BBQ World which subsequently arrived damaged. Following a phone call to Customer Service they immediately agreed to exchange the item or give me money off. I chose to replace the Barbecue. As the item was out of stock they offered me an upgrade and immediately sent out the replacement. It is rare to find customer service of this quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending BBQ World. I will definitely purchase from them in the future.”
