“Contacted the skipton store regarding a couple of items I wanted to purchase and the sales person was very polite and helpful to which I ended up purchasing online which was very simple, speedy and not to mention the cheapest. The products arrived within a couple of days as stated. Very pleased and would highly recommend using this company and I myself will be using them again.”

“Having taken delivery of a Kamado Joe, I found that it was cosmetically flawed, I contacted the company, and submitted photos of the issue, the response from customer service was absolutely fantastic, they solved my complaint very quickly, and to a level beyond my expectation, so if you buy from this seller you can have complete confidence in them, I can't thank you enough for your impeccable service. “Ordered a Weber BBQ Thursday afternoon and as promised it arrived Friday morning. Most impressivley I rang them to change the delivery address and I got to speak to a real person straight away (not a machine and without the usual 30 minutes on hold with 'we are experiencing heavy call volumes right now'). I will definitely use BBQ World again.”
