“Ordered the Weber traveler BBQ on the Friday with some accessories, it was all delivered on the Saturday without paying any extra premium delivery charge (which was an option). Very well packaged and everything I ordered was in the same delivery. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend. 👍👍👍”

“Ordered a pitboss Navigator 1150, no problems ordering at all, was kept informed of the process all the way, just recieved this morning, ( I was contacted by delivery company last week but had it delivered today 10/05 as I was not here, just finished putting it together and now it's ready.”

“BBQ World have been excellent. I suppose there could have been more communication about delivery but this might be down to the courier. Slight damage to packaging in transit but probably courier's issue too. BBQ as described - no missing bits and no dmage. Getting the free poultry cooker and probe from Weber is a nightmare but this is not BBQ World's issue”

“While the grill is great (with one corner scuffed but I can live with that), the delivery was atrocious. They employ a pallet delivery company who left the grill on the street. My wife was the only one home and asked if they could put it at least inside the gate and the delivery person refused saying that would be liability for him. Obviously she wasn't about to move in a 75KG box so had to unbox all the pieces on the road and bring them in. These guys ought to employ a better delivery handler.”
