“BBQ arrived really quickly. There was a slightly damaged leg (that I assume has been squashed in transit or something) and I contacted BBQ World. The lady that I spoke with was brilliant. Within a couple of emails confirming serial numbers and details, a new replacement leg was ordered and on its way to my home address. Recevied within a couple of days and now I have a perfect Weber BBQ. These things happen unfortunately, but I cannot fault BBQ World in the way that the issue was resolved quickly and without fuss.”
