“BBQ world did everything well, they dispatched my BBQ on the same day, and it was delivered in good condition. I also had to contact BBQ world about my product and the customer service I received was very good, helpful and they managed to solve my problem.
The only reason I didn't give a 5* review was the pallet delivery company used (The Pallet Network), has some truly terrible online reviews. From my perspective these reviews aren't 100% warranted, but the key problem with, 'The Pallet Network' is it will send estimated delivery information which just isn't accurate, so you could end up waiting in all day for a delivery which could turn up the following day (which was my experience).”

I didn't receive the raincover and the WiFi control board which was advertised...and now they want me to send a screenshot with the offer...what normal people will take screenshot before placing an order.It's about trust and they should see it was on the Website.”

“Great company who I will be using in future for all my bbq needs! Being new to Gas bbq-ing, I wanted to buy some smoking chips. Faced with an array of choice, and somewhat overwhelmed, I used the online chat. I was advised to buy the starter kit which included a stainless steel smoking barrel and 4 flavours of wood chips for only around £11! I went ahead and ordered, we used it at the weekend. What a great buy representing excellent value for money and giving me the chance to try different flavours before buying a full size pack. The agent could have sold me more items, but was genuine and helpful. I highly recommend them.”
