“The equipment was good, however, it's original box was broken and covered in dust. When I opened the box the item was covered in it. I would have expected a bit more care, and to not be sent a box that had holes in it and covered in dust.”

“I had a problem with an item turning up damaged, NOT the fault of BBQ World. They dealt with the issue immediately, with no fuss and communicated perfectly throughout. The sign of a good company, in my opinion, is how they react when things don't work out the way they should. First class service.”
