“Order came in 2 parts
1st part got within 5 drops of my home before heading back to hub with my order after arranging time of yet the app said driver running a little behind and WILL be with you shortly no true. I had to the arrange to take delivery .
2nd part lost and had to be replaced”

Pleased with our Weber Traveler BBQ and extras and was as expected. Packaging was damaged on delivery which I took photos of just in case item was damaged, it appeared ok.”
“The outback onyx excel bbq is well built and works a treat. Only complaint is that the packaging could be a bit better. Some of the thinner metal parts were slightly bent in transport but could easily be bent back. Perhaps a little more care in packing.”
