“Ordered BBQ on the 23/03/24 and still not received it, 9 days later.
Received an email from BBQ World on 25/03/24 saying, BBQ had been despatched, and I would here from TPN the delivery company.
Email from TPN same day with a tracking link, however the tracking link gives no information and I have not heard anything since then.
Poor delivery service and BBQ World just state "unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any delivery as it is out of their control"

“Excellent servicce. Payment terms were very flexible and delivery excellent. Just thy usual 'jobsworth' delivery driver fusisng over where he can and cannot put the pallet but I had already been alerted to this in the emails I received after ordering.
There was a problem with the cover which was rectified immediately with no quibble.
Communicaitons were excellent. Second time I have used BBQ World!!”
