“Have purchased Weber Smokey Joe. I am used to Weber products this is why I bought a Smokey Joe. I'm pleased with the purchase, however I am disappointed to say the top grid, cooking grid, is a very sloppy fit. Undersized and moves when moving food on grill, not good. Otherwise a reasonable bit of kit.”

The delivery man rang us as we weren't at home (at vets with dogs) and explained he'd put the pallet in a safe place, such amazing service. However, we were left feeling misled by the inclusion of that photo on the website and when we discussed this with BBQ World, there seemed little sympathy in resolving our mistaken purchase. Yes, I wasn't careful enough when I ordered but I'd say be very careful when ordering.”
