However, I did have to contact customer services once because of my concern around the DPD delivery information I could see on line saying the delivery was complete after I had received only 1 of 2 parcels in my order. BBQ World were able to investigate and confirm I would get my second parcel later that day from a second van delivery, which in fact I did. It seems the DPD online tracking system only tracks one parcel in an order! DPD should fix this.”

“The first sear grate arrived broken. I phoned up and a replacement was sent without fuss which I received within 48 hrs. Great service but they might like to add extra protection to brittle items like grates!”
“Have purchased Weber Smokey Joe. I am used to Weber products this is why I bought a Smokey Joe. I'm pleased with the purchase, however I am disappointed to say the top grid, cooking grid, is a very sloppy fit. Undersized and moves when moving food on grill, not good. Otherwise a reasonable bit of kit.”
