“I ordered a Cadac compact barbecue from them and about an hour later realised I had forgotten to add a pizza stone and paella pan to my order, so I called and the gentleman popped to the warehouse to check if it had been packed up yet, it hadn’t, so he added the items to my order and they arrived the next day. Customer service doesn’t get better than that, I would certainly shop with them again”
