“My first order with BBQ World was a bit of a coincidence however at the time they had the cheapest Heat Beads (Australian briquettes). Experiencing the very smooth ordering, payment and delivery process I buy most of my BBQ stuff with them - or they will at least be my first port of call when I need anything.”

“In short a very protracted and annoying purchase that after 9 days to deliver arrived with a damaged box and a damaged BBQ that looked like it was a returned item originally. Notified BBQ world that I wanted a refund and an early collection and as yet I have had no contact from them. Will not use again.”
