“A few weeks after purchasing a Weber BBQ we decided to also purchase a cover for it.
Ordered one online and within a few hours I received a phone call from BBQWorld asking if the cover was for the BBQ we had recently purchased from them, as we had order the wrong size.
The correct one was about £6.00 more, but the gentleman on the phone said that he would not charge me. Cover arrived the next day. Excellent customer service, thank you.”
