“Ordered a Mastergrill Kamado - very friendly when I phoned to ask for advice and delivery was quick (even to the highlands) and the non mainland surcharge was reasonable considering that it’s was a big heavy order.”

“This must be one of the nicest companies I’ve dealt with over lockdown. I’m really grateful to Richard to steering me in the right direction when I ordered and paid for an item, but he emailed me to tell me that there was another option which was much better value for the same cost - he didn’t need to say anything as I was already a happy customer! But now I am a super happy one! Proper customer service! Thank you!”

“BBQLand offered an excellent combo package for the Kamado grill I was interested in. When the package arrive, unfortunately one piece was damaged in shipping (a pizza stone). I sent an email with a picture of the broken stone, and that same day the BBQLand team responded and shipped me another stone, which arrived a few days later. I was impressed and thankful for the quick, no-hassle remedy to a minor accident!”
