“The BBQ itself is brilliant but unfortunately I do not rate BBQLand or their service. This massive, excessively heavy BBQ arrived on the back of a van with no tailgate or even pallet truck and just one delivery driver. It was a nightmare and my neighbour and his friend had to help. Also the ‘free gifts’ were cheap and the cover didn’t even fit. When I emailed them about this I was basically told that they’re free, what did I expect!”

“good community electronically but was unsure how the Turkey would be delivered on the 22nd December which I will have to communicate separately on. The BBQ and all extras came securely wrapped and delivered to a high standard. Just a small bit of communication would have improved this to a 5 star. The product itself looks fantastic and all in what appears to be working order so looking forward to trying it out.”

“Friendly customer service and happy to answer all our questions. Bought a Kamado smoker and coals and wood from them. Used for the first time this weekend and managed to cook an amazing beef brisket! Will be popping back for BBQ rubs and sauces in the future.”
