“Bought the Traeger pro 575, came with the free cover, front shelf, and two bags of pellets. Also they had a deal with a free meat box. All of this for £799!! The order was dispatched within 2 days, and I recieved it all next day. ( except the meat which was dispatched later) Very pleased with the Traeger and would highly recommend Bbq Land for anything bbq.”

“Value for money brilliant, Order process simple , straightforward and efficient. Delivery timescales very good. Order tracking could be better, arriving Tuesday is all we got, palletforce tracking system didn’t work, delivery driver asked ‘were you expecting me’!”

“I have tried to support smaller companies throughout this covid 19 pandemic rather than the large corporations.......so I purchased a ooni pizza oven from bbq land....The WORST customer service I have ever received.........I should have just gone to John Lewis......My bad......”

The customer mixed up the Billing and Delivery addresses on their order. We attempted to get this changed post-despatch with the courier, but were unable to get it actioned before delivery had been effected in the pre-Christmas rush.
