“BBQ land have supplied an Outback BBQ everything arrived in perfect condition. I would say the instructions would have been easier if the parts were actually labelled also. The images were a bit unclear as to which parts was which. Not used but fired up first time. I would have given 5 stars but the driver was a bit mean. i asked him to back up the drive which is 10 yards wide and 60 yards long to get it close to the house but he refused, took pictures and left it on the pavement. I had to move it on my own to get it away from the main road. Also no time slot given the day before and when it was teh driver was already there.”

“Great retailer. Live stock quantity unlike some competitors. Having ordered an item from a BBQ retailer competitor advertising stock (but not being truthful about stock levels) BBQLand were bang on with their product listing and stock levels. Next day delivery and good communication about dispatch and tracking.”
