“Hi my pitboss is a well made smoker and i am getting incredible results with it. the only down side is the wireless bluethooth app it extremley poor only connected once and now its stoppped working and refuses to connect.”

“Checked various sites researching bbqs . BBQ Land had best prices also best reviews. I ordered on line very easy and straight forward and my order was delivered in 3 days with a notification sent with time slot. I can't fault anything about the whole process 10/10”

“I ordered a ProQ Frontier barbecue as well as a few accessories, rubs, etc. Unfortunately the bbq itself had a few chips but BBQ LAND sent replacement parts without an issue. Pleased with my purchase and the experience.”

“Postage was relatively simple, barbecue seems like it had been warped a little during storage/transport as the lips that holds grill grates in place were not aligned, and the drum itself was widened. Luckily they can be bent back into shape.”

“Promised to deliver the BBQ in the AM of a specific day. On the afternoon of the specified day the logistics company called to tell me that they'd received the item too late to deliver that day, and and am delivery had not been requested. I'd taken a day's leave to receive and assemble the BBQ, which was effectively wasted.”
