“I asked for a replacement due to hook being bent and straightening it made it felt like it was ready to snap. They said they don't have spare grills and I should use. I will but that's not what I paid for. Otherwise product is good.”

“Bought a Masterbuilt 600 recently. Conversed with Vinny via email, he was prompt and on the ball. Delivery within 3 days, no damage to package. Built and tested the same day and everything was working satisfactory. Overal pleasant transaction. Will use them again. Thanks....”
