“Bought the Traeger Ironwood 650. Wow, what a BBQ. All worked fine. Simple to work on the app. Remote control through app. Really good. Free meat pack and pellets meant I could get straight in to it. Have tried the the pork ribs and brisket already. Heaven. One v annoying thing is that when I bought the Traeger, it invited me to buy shelf, cover and pellet sensor. I did. It already comes with a pellet sensor! Don’t buy it twice!”

“Purchased a MasterBuilt Gravity 560. Delivered in very quick time although the despatch email contained incorrect information resulting in a wasted days holiday. I would suggest that BBQLand spend more time on the detail and less time hastily sending information out to customers. In our case we did not want the product in a rush but we did want to know the exact delivery day? We received an apology (of sorts) but it has spoilt our overall opinion of BBQLand, specifically Customer Service. Three emails and a telephone call to get a way forward re delivery. As far as the 560 is concerned it is a very good BBQ so far. When constructing have a look at the various YouTube videos; they are a big help.”

“Very fast delivery. Was at my door in less than 48 hours. Seasoned the smoker and noticed a lot of smoke coming out from around where the doors touch, but think that's normal for a smoker in this price range. Will fix with heat proof gasket.”

“Very happy with the product after a lot of investigation. Delivery was made easier by a very nice delivery driver who was flexible to what we needed. The only issue was when we called initially to the shop, the male person was just generally unhelpful to the point where we were going to purchase elsewhere.”

“No problem with the order, firebox and grill very well built, welded mild steel construction, very heavy and sturdy, yet to be used coz of the English weather and wii adjust my review accordingly after a few uses, never thought about seasoning the grates or wiping down grill with veggie oil so will see how that goes.”
