“Bought a BBQ from the company last year and received great service. Wanted to purchase some fuel recently but found that the delivery charge wasn't worth it so had a drive directly to the premises which wasn't ideal. Hoping this will change in the future.”

“Great service and really helpful when i had to rearrange the delivery date very shortly after placing the order. Everything arrived in excellent order and enjoying my cooks so far. The only minor issue was that delivery was delayed by 1 day due to a collection problem at the warehouse. Would definitely buy from them again.”

“Picked up a Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 in the Black Friday sale for a decent, but not totally amazing price; best I could find in the sales. I live Inverness way so was happy to see that they would deliver and it didn’t cost an outrageous amount. Website and email communication were good and delivery was quick.”

“Product is great. Only issue is with the delivery DHL left it with a random neighbour and we didn’t get any notification that it had been delivered. It wasn’t until 3 days later when I checked the DHL app to see why it hadn’t been delivered that I found out it had been delivered at all”

“Good service and always polite and helpfull on phone never had a problem, but when you use bbq tokens to save 10£ then pand p costs 5£ bit annoying . and why can I only order 2 bags of charcoal at a time?”

“Hi, built my smoker yesterday, well pleased with the unit. Unfortunately there was a slight dent to the front door of the cabinet as the box was damaged in shipping. I have taken a couple of photos but to be honest it is not a problem. There were 2 screws missing for the rear hand rail, if you could send me some that would be great. Cheers Russ”

“I ordered a replacement shelf holder for my Kamado Joe Big Joe. The original lasted nearly ten years so that was good. The replacement was really expensive, but it's a Kamado Joe part, well built and was delivered quickly and without fuss.”

“Delivered promptly and appears to be good quality. Just one star deducted because I still feel it's a bit overpriced for what it is (purchased wood chunks and butcher paper) - but I can't find it cheaper anywhere else either...!”
