“Easy online purchase of a smoker with fast delivery. Unfortunately the delivered item was damaged, called BBQ land, and explained the damage and sent an email with the Photos Within under 2hrs email sent to me with new item will be delivered and the damaged item will pick up at the same time. This has now all been completed and now delivered with no damage within 48hrs. Excellent service from BBQ land and I will use them for all my wood chip flavours and any other services. I highly recommend this company. They are so good which you don't see if many company's today and that is why I will be planning the 2hrs drive to their shop to see all there great product that they have to offer and meet the team. Keep up the great work BBQ land an absolute pleasure to deal with and a great service”

“Ordered a Traeger Timberline 1300. Excellent correspondence regarding my order which was promptly dispatched with a day of ordering. Ordered midweek and it was there by the weekend ready to get cooking. Quite surprised for such a large item. Was in perfect condition and I'm very happy with the purchase. Also came with a good selection of freebies with the deal I got and the "first 2 cooks on us" is something I have not seem offered by any other similar vendors. Altogether outstanding service, thank you!”
