“I know this is probably outside your control, but the delivery service used by Buschbeck only promised a kerbside delivery service. As I was unable to move the pallet on the day it was delivered I had to jump through hoops to get the company to at least move it on to my driveway. The reason given was that the company had been sued when a driveway was marked or damaged. Other companies I have had deliveries from use a waiver form which perhaps could be used by this company.”
