Unfortunately the delivered item was damaged, called BBQ land, and explained the damage and sent an email with the Photos Within under 2hrs email sent to me with new item will be delivered and the damaged item will pick up at the same time. This has now all been completed and now delivered with no damage within 48hrs. Excellent service from BBQ land and I will use them for all my wood chip flavours and any other services. I highly recommend this company. They are so good which you don't see if many company's today and that is why I will be planning the 2hrs drive to their shop to see all there great product that they have to offer and meet the team.
