“Great service from BBQLAND. Delivery was quick, but we weren't told it was curbside delivery. My husband was post op and unable to get the delivery inside as I was at work,10 out of 10 for BBQLAND,but would have been better if we had been told about the delivery and we could have had someone available to help to get the parcel into the garden.”

“Purchasing the BBQ was easy, It was good to be able to view it before purchase. The 6 burner Grillstream BBQ is good quality and works brilliantly (We are looking forward to a great time using it) Delivery was prompt and on time and the whole process of purchase to delivery was stress free. The only slight niggle was that although I expected some assembly, I was not prepared for a complete build with every panel and screw. The instructions that come with it would make a lot more sense if the panels/ boxes had labels on them to identify all the parts. I built it by procese of elimination.”

“After assembling my new Enders BBQ on a weekend I noticed that there was a slight issue with the main unit not lining up properly. I emailed the sales team and received a response first thing on Monday morning. Between us we managed to rectify the problem and I was sent a free pizza stone as a gesture of good will. Excellent customer service.”
