“Came when expected (though I missed the day before delivery by two minutes) the stacker and rotisserie (bought separately) do as I intended. I was put off at first by other recent reviews but it's all gone well for me on this occasion, even leaving note on door for delivery driver, who followed instructions. Well done!”

“Bought and received my smoker with the minimum of fuss and in a timely fashion, customer service/sales person I dealt with was polite and informative and more than happy to help. I have not opened my purchase as of yet as it’s for a new home that I’ll be moving to next month, so will update the review once that has happened.”

“Placed an order with BBQLAND who stated they endeavour to deliver in 2 days if the order is placed early enough in the day. The expected delivery day was met and the goods arrived well packed and undamaged. The price of the goods was fair, so, no complaints and a 5 star performance.”

“Was a misunderstanding with the 'spend £100 unlock free shipping' as products that I purchased, over £100, was charged shipping? When I emailed BBQ Land about this they explained that the products came from 2 different warehouses and that is why it did not unlock free shipping. However, they graciously honoured the free shipping and refunded the shipping cost. Very satisified with what I received and how BBQLand handled this. Will certainly use again.”

“The item was delivered on time with all the parts read. Getting it together was quite easy with good instructions and the finished item is very sturdy. A nice piece of equipment hopefully giving me hassle free bar b q's in due course. Would recommend BBQLAND to all if this is the standard of service.”
